Nancy has over 31 years of experience in the trucking industry. She enjoys helping the drivers understand their pay and answer any questions they may have. She’s known for her dependability, sense of humor, honesty, and loyalty. When she’s not working Nancy enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren. She’s also been known to enjoy a cold beer while gardening.

Mike has 21 years of experience in the trucking industry. The bulk of his career was spent as a fleet assignment manager – 15 years. He also has experience as a dispatcher and driver coach. Mike enjoys talking with drivers and giving them insight into how they fit into the big picture. He’s a great listener, and is
continually focused on how to improve the driver experience.

B.S. Rowan University / 2018 Effective Management Development

Mike believes that the trucking industry touches every corner of the world, and he’s proud to be a part of it. He’s been married to his wife Cheryl for 20 years, and enjoys wood working, golf, and photography when he’s not involved with trucking.

Dena Toovey

Dena has 36 years of experience in the trucking industry. She enjoys helping the drivers understand how the regulations benefit them. She also enjoys visiting with drivers about their families and the industry as a whole – trucking is a family industry.

Spending 6 years on the road with her husband from 80-86 gives Dena the ability to understand the industry from multiple angles. Dena believes trucking is an honorable and respectful profession, and hard workers dedicated to safety.

Married to husband Bob for 40 years, they have two adult children and one granddaughter. When Dena’s not working she enjoys time with family, boating, yard work, and road trips with Bob.

Mike Milius

Shop Manager

Mike has 20 years of experience in the trucking industry. He’s worked in various departments including mechanic, foreman, safety, and insurance claims. Mike enjoys being someone that can resolve equipment issues quickly and get drivers back on the road.

Mike believes that the trucking industry plays a vital role in the country to get Americans the products they need, and always will. Mike is married, and when he’s not working he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family.

Kurt Kruse

Trailer Mechanic

Kurt has 36 years of experience in the trucking industry. He enjoys keeping drivers happy and safe. He comes to work every day ready to get the job done efficiently and safely. He enjoy that he’s able to learn new things every day.

Kurt is married with kids and enjoys fishing and hunting when not working on trucks.

Bobby Gillespie

Wash Bay

Bobby has 13 years of experience in the trucking industry. Bobby enjoys keeping the truck clean and the drivers happy.

Aric Will

Mechanic

Aric has 6 years of experience in the trucking industry. He was a fabricator for three years before transitioning to mechanic. He enjoys getting the job done efficiently and getting onto the next job. Working as a mechanic gives him the opportunity to learn something new every day. When he’s not working Aric enjoys reading a good book.

Darrell Andrews

Wash Bay Technician

Darrell has 23 years of experience in the trucking industry. He was a driver with Zeitner’s for 20 years. He likes people, and hopes to be friends with everyone he meets. He’s a hard worker, enjoys math, is mechanically inclined, and is
interested in time and space travel.

Darrell has been married for 24 years and has three adult children.

Devon Owens

Lead Mechanic

Devon has 7 years of experience in the trucking industry. He enjoys keeping the trucks moving. He believes the trucking industry will always be around, and the world would suffer greatly if the trucks stopped moving.

When Devon isn’t working he enjoys hunting, fishing, and training birds and dogs.

Bailey Toovey

Certified Safety Supervisor

Bailey has 4.5 years of experience in the industry. She started as a safety compliance clerk managing logs and doing licensing and permitting. Bailey enjoys being able to solve problems and come up with solutions for hours of service. She also likes helping drivers talk through issues.

2 years of College • NATMI certified

Bailey specializes in dealing with accidents and insurance. She pays close attention to CSA scores and is always looking to find ways to lower them when needed. She believes safety will always be a critical part of the trucking industry, and is proud to be involved on that side of it.

When not working Bailey enjoys reading, home improvement projects, spending time with friends and family, and crafting.

Al Zeitner

Dispatcher – East Coast

Al has 41 years of experience in the trucking industry. He started out as a driver from 1979 – 1999, and was an owner and operator from 1980 – 1999. He worked in safety from 1999 – 2000, and has been in dispatch ever since. He enjoys keeping the drivers busy, making sure they get their home time, and keeping his staff happy.

Al treats people the way he wants to be treated. Treating people with respect is the most productive way to interact. He believes the world could not be serviced without trucks, and is proud to be a part of an essential profession.

Al is married to Michele and they have two children, Zach and Zandra.

When not working Al enjoys dirt late model racing, watching pro football, and pheasant hunting.

Austin Russell

Diesel Technician

Austin has 5 years of experience in the trucking industry. His strengths are after treatment diagnostics and electrical diagnostics. He believes the trucking
industry keeps the world going because almost everything you use daily was brought to you on an 18-wheeler.

Pam Thompson

Accounting

Pam has 7 years of experience in the trucking industry and 20+ years of experience in accounting. She enjoys helping people understand accounting and treating them the way she wants to be treated.

When Pam is not doing accounting work she enjoys reading and learning.

Sherrell Zeitner

Payroll & Billing

Sherrell has 24 years of experience in the trucking industry. She loves everything about helping drivers and Zeitner & Sons customers. She’s mastered multi-
tasking and loves the face to face time she has with the people she helps.

Sherrill is married to Leon Zeitner, and they have two kids, and two grandkids.

When she’s not working Sherrill enjoys pool parties and travel.

Brien Black

Shop Foreman

Brien has 32 years of experience in the industry. He’s been shop foreman for six years, and before that he was a general manager for four years.

Brien excels his knowledge of trucks, part management and listening to people. He believes that the trucking industry is built to survive the long haul, and will adapt to changes in new technology.

Brien is married and has two boys and a grandson.

When he’s not working on trucks and managing the shop Brien enjoys hunting, fishing, motor sports. He also enjoys building performance diesel engines and craft beer – in moderation of course.
